Our team has been working hard to create a memorable experience that you won’t forget. Prior to attending our upcoming event, please be sure to read the event instructions listed below!

FOR: MamaBear Boudoir Photo Shoot Customers:

To ensure a smooth and efficient experience, we kindly request that you bring proof of payment and a valid form of identification with you on the day of your MamaBear Boudoir Photoshoot. Proof of payment will consist of a printed or digital copy of your email confirmation. Please note that without these items, we may be unable to admit you into the shoot location.

Upon arrival, we kindly request that you proceed to the lobby and take a seat by the designated “MamaBear Photoshoot” sign. This will help our representative easily locate you at your scheduled time slot.

To ensure a timely and seamless experience, we recommend that customers arrive approximately 15 minutes early to their scheduled time slot. This will help ensure that you are ready to go by the time your scheduled session begins. Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled session, you will forfeit your session without a refund. If you are less than 15 minutes late, we will still need to start the session on time and you will not regain the amount of time lost due to your lateness. We appreciate your understanding regarding our late policy. 

Our representative will then meet you in the lobby at your allotted time to escort you to the shoot location. Once you arrive at the location, you will have some time to get dressed and do any necessary touch-ups before the shoot. Please note that we kindly ask that you arrive with your hair and makeup (if desired) complete.

After your photoshoot, our representative will escort you back down to the lobby.  All customers will receive 10 professionally edited photos electronically.

We kindly remind all customers that they must adhere to our event policy throughout the duration of the photoshoot. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your session. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

REMINDER — All MamaBear Boudoir Photo Shoot Customers are granted free admission to the MamaBear Bares All Live Podcast & Meet and Greet from 7-9!

FOR: MamaBear Bares All Live Podcast & Meet and Greet Attendees:

To ensure a smooth and efficient experience, we kindly request that you bring proof of payment and a valid form of identification with you on the day of your MamaBear Bares  All Live Podcast & Meet and Greet. Proof of payment will consist of a printed or digital copy of your email confirmation. Please note that without these items, we may be unable to admit you into the event. 

We are excited to welcome you to our live podcast recording! Please note that the venue will open its doors 30 minutes prior to the start of the recording. We kindly recommend that customers arrive early to allow ample time to find their seats and settle in before the recording begins. Please be advised that due to the nature of the event, we will not be able to admit any customers past 7:00 pm sharp. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding regarding admission to the event. 

Following the live recording of MamaBear Bares All Live Podcast, the event will immediately transition into a meet and greet! We are thrilled to offer attendees the opportunity to take photos and chat with MamaBear. We kindly ask that all attendees be respectful of each other’s time with MamaBear.

To ensure that everyone has a chance to meet and chat with MamaBear, we ask that attendees please move on when instructed to do so. Additionally, during your time with MamaBear, we kindly ask that you be respectful and adhere to the event policy. Any violation of the policy or direct instruction from our event staff may result in the forfeiture of the remaining event without the possibility of a refund.
