Event Policy

Welcome to MamaBear Boudoir, where we celebrate body positivity and empower individuals and couples through professional boudoir photography. Please carefully read our Events Policy to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

Professional / Appropriate Conduct

At MamaBear Boudoir, we maintain a professional atmosphere during all our events. We expect all attendees to behave respectfully and considerately towards each other and our staff. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Any violation will result in the immediate forfeiture of your session, with no refund.

Privacy and Confidentiality

We value your privacy and understand the sensitive nature of boudoir photography. We guarantee that all personal information shared with us will be kept confidential. This includes any images or videos taken during the event. We will only share your images or videos with your explicit consent. If, for any reason, you wish to withdraw your consent, please email consent@mamabearboudoir.com.

Age Restrictions

All attendees must be 18 years of age or older. Proof of age may be required, and we reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not meet this requirement. Any violation will result in the immediate forfeiture of your session, with no refund.

Booking and Payment

To attend our events, all attendees must have paid for a ticket before-hand using our online event booking system. Please reserve your ticket here. Absolutely no exceptions.

Booking Packages

Attendees select packages during the online checkout process.

  • Personal Shoot: This package includes a private boudoir session for one individual.
  • Couple’s Shoot: This package allows for a boudoir session for a couple (two people).
  • Personal Shoot + Picture with Laura: This package includes a private boudoir session for one individual, along with an opportunity to have a boudoir picture taken with Laura.

For safety and privacy reasons, no guests are allowed in the photo room during photo shoots. Any guests will be required to wait in a designated waiting area until the end of the session.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your event ticket. In such cases, please notify us as soon as possible. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is as follows:

  • For cancellation, you must cancel 14 (fourteen) days prior to the event to receive a full refund minus processing fees.
  • To reschedule, you must first cancel your original time slot and select from any other available slots.

For all cancellations that do not meet the above policy, no refund will be issued.

Arrival and Preparation

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled event to ensure ample time for preparation. Please come dressed comfortably and bring any specific wardrobe items or props you wish to include in your session. We will provide a private changing area for your convenience. Have your confirmation email on-hand, either printed or on your mobile device.

Professional Photography

During the event, our professional photographer will guide and direct you to capture beautiful and empowering boudoir images. While we encourage self-expression and creativity, we ask that all participants respect the boundaries and guidelines provided by our photographer. Any violation will result in the immediate forfeiture of your session, with no refund.
